My room was a Double or Twin Room. It included air conditioning. The location was great. I walked easily to main historical sites. Staff helped organize my airport transport.
The breakfast selection was limited in variety. This didnt affected much my stay overall.

the hotel had a central location , made getting around easy. the staff are nice and professional, they answered all my questions. the breakfast had good options. the cleaning service was good too, the room was always super clean.
i found a small issue with the shower. the shower door didn't close fully and some water leaked. the television lacked english channels. it only had local channels and a few news channels in other languages.

The hotel is near key monuments. It is a few steps away from major sights. The rooms are super clean. I appreciated the large, clean bathroom. The room rate included a generous breakfast. The staff showed kindness and helpfulness. The location is very good. It is just a few minutes from Sultanahmet and Hagia Sophia. Convenient transportation options are available too. The T1 tram line is nearby with Sultanahmet as the closest stop. I appreciated the breakfast options. There were plenty of choices available. Staff at the front desk speak good English. I found them very polite.
One of my rooms faced the roof, I could smell smoke.

staff really were really good too meet guest needs, i appreciate that. the hotel carrying our luggage up to the room was a helpful touch. it was nice they gave recommendations for nearby restaurants and fun things.

the location was very convenient. i could easily walk to the best tourist sites. the staff were friendly i was allowed to check in early by more than an hour.
the front door's locking mechanism was not functioning well. it always stuck when i tried to open it with the keycard. i noticed the toilet door did not work properly as water leaked out during showers there was no lock.

The staff at the reception were very nice. I arrived early, and they allowed me to check in before the standard time. Breakfast offered a diverse and tasty selection.
The locking mechanism for the front door did not function well. The keycard entry often got stuck when trying to open it. The toilet door seemed faulty as water leaked out during showers since there was no proper seal.

a terrible smell came from the bathroom. i tried to cover the sinkholes, hoping to block the bad smell. everything else was fine, though, but that smell
